Most orders for espresso machines and brewers are processed within 24 hours and typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days via standard ground shipping.

Can I return a coffee machine if I have already used it?

We accept returns on home brewing equipment within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a full refund.

Are your whole bean coffees ethically sourced?

Yes, 99% of our coffee is verified as ethically sourced through our C.A.F.E. Practices program, developed in collaboration with Conservation International.

Do you offer international shipping for drinkware and accessories?

Currently, our online store ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our home delivery services to more regions soon.

How can I track my order for mugs and home decor?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
